Obituary for Al Hamilton
HAMILTON, Alfred “Al” - Passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the age of 94. Beloved husband of Martha Hamilton (nee Pike). Cherished father of Heather Green of Woodstock and Pamela Cole (Dan) of Saskatchewan. Grandfather of Daniel, Shannon. Sandra, Joey, Crystal and Jessica and great grandfather of 4. He is survived by his sisters Marjorie Cook (Russell) and Jean Hamilton (Vern). He will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Predeceased by his siblings Cecil, Archie, Russell, Ruth, Beatrice, Hazel, Clara, Lillian, Mae, Elsie, and Dorothy.
The family will receive friends at the CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY CHURCH, 560 Dundas St. Woodstock on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 1:00 – 1:45 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Rev. Brad Johnson. Interment will take place in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
