Passed away suddenly on at her home in Woodstock, Ontario in her 60th year.
Survived by her loving husband Donnie Collins, daughter Tammy Jeffery and grandson Carter Jeffery.
Daughter of the late Lucy and William Blackwood. Also predeceased by her brother Billy Blackwood.
She will be sadly and forever missed by the entire Collins family, extended family and friends.
