Obituary for Audrey Steele
STEELE, Audrey – Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, May 31, 2021, Audrey Grace Steele (nee Vollmershausen) at the age of 90.
Reunited with her beloved husband David Steele (2005). Loving and accepting second mother to Robert Steele of Toronto and Bruce Steele (Cindy) of London. Survived by her sister Helen Saunders of Woodstock, brothers Doug Vollmershausen (late Connie) of Innerkip and Donald Vollmershausen (Donna) of Bright. Dear sister-in-law of Bernice Hunter (Ron) of St. Mary’s and Joyce Hunter (late Bob) of Woodstock. She will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Wilford and Stella (nee Kipp) Vollmershausen, her sister Marie Bradshaw and brother Murray Vollmershausen (Dorothy).
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 11:00am.
