Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family on September 23, 2022 in her 98th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter Giovannetti (1997). Loving mother to Jennifer Giovannetti, Lynn (Fred) Munro, Nancy Thomas (Mac), Patti Davis, Paul (Lori) Giovannetti. Dear sister-in-law to Anita and Barry & Betty Giovannetti. Cherished Grandma to Hawley (Steve), Jordan (Sandy), Christy, Ashley MacBean, Lindsay (Dan), Brandon, Taylor; and great grandma to Ryan, Charlotte, Charlie, Emmett, Riley, Kyle, Bryce, and Prudence. Predeceased by her parents Vincent Desmond and Jenny Crandall, brother Riley Desmond and sister Joan Hendle and brother-in-law George. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to the staff at Caressant Care Nursing Home and Woodstock Hospital floor 2200 for their kindness and compassionate care.

A funeral mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 11:00 am with Fr. Dariusz Jagodzinski. A private family burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ingersoll.
