Obituary for Joan Hains
HAINS, Barbara “Joan” – Passed away at VON Sakura House, Woodstock on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the age of 79. Loving mother of Allan Hains of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Beverley Arbec (Paul) of Cold Lake, Alberta, and Kimberley Hains of Oshawa. Grandmother of Clark Hains, Shyla Locke (Rory), Alexander Arbec, Kyle Lavigne (Kaitlyn), Cody Lavigne (Sadies). Great grandmother to Carter, Hudson, and Ryder.
Predeceased by her parents Leland and Ina (nee Stoddart) Clark, multiple siblings, and grandson Daniel Hains.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Joan’s life will take place on September 28, 2019, from 2-4 pm at 635 Canterbury St. in the Common Room. Interment will take place at Brookfield Cemetery, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia on October 5, 2019 at 1 pm.
