I have fond and happy memories of Betty and Lawrence, and what comes to mind the most is lots of smiles, laughter and joking around. There was always a peace and joy surrounding them. It’s never easy to let go of the ones we love, but there is comfort in the scriptures that compares death to sleep, so we know there is no pain, just rest and relief until our loving father brings back all those asleep in death to a beautiful peaceful new world (Psalms 37). Although I didn’t get to spend much time with Betty, every encounter was positive and upbuilding, I surely appreciate the beautiful person she was, loving, kind, generous, self sacrificing, humble, combined with a great sense of humor. She was easy to talk to, I love her and miss her, please accept my condolences to the entire family, especially to my cousins Angie, Darlene, Brad, Robin and Tom, and of course to my sweet mother Vaida and Uncle Derle.
Most sincerely,
Debbie and Georges Mitri
