Obituary for Brad Bruder

BRUDER, Brad - On August 28th, at the young age of 59, Bradley Philip Bruder gained his well-deserved angel wings, with his loving wife by his side as she had been for the past 20 years.

Brad leaves behind his loving stepchildren, Michelle (Curtis) Crawford, Scott Beacham, and the apple of his eye grandsons, Lincoln and his new baby brother, Wyatt Crawford.
Predeceased by his parents Art and Ethel Bruder and brothers John and Leroy.
Brad is survived by his wife, Nicole (Menard), brother Kevin (Sheri) and their children Andrew and Ally. Also survived by his half-sister Nancy Fernandes (Julian 2020).
Brad was warmly welcomed into Nicole’s large family by in laws Norm and Virginia Menard, Diane Menard (Andy 2006), Rosanne Lavallee, Michel and Rosemary Menard, and Denis Menard. Brad also leaves behind 17 nieces and nephews.

Brad spent his working career at General Seating, Standard Tube, and Vuteq, where he met some truly wonderful people. Brad was part of the Gumbys baseball team from 1985-2000 and many lifelong friendships were made that he cherished.

The family will welcome visitors at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock (519-537-3611) on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock on Wednesday at 3 pm. Cremation to follow with inurnment in St. Mary’s Columbarium at a later date.
