DONEY, David – Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, November 30, 2020 with his wife and best friend Shirley Doney (nee Bowerman) by his side. They shared a wonderful marriage of 34 years.

He was the son of Rosemary Doney and the late Ron Doney. Survived by his brother Wayne Doney (Barb) and his sister Roseanne Everson (Randy). He will be lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Marie Bowerman as well as Shirley’s siblings; Julie Kivinen (Doug), Brenda Hess (Paul) and Lisa Doney. David will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Mark Doney (2016) and his father-in-law Larry Bowerman (2015). David’s happy place was up north where he loved fishing. He was a huge dog lover and is now reunited with all of his beloved dogs.

A celebration of life will be held next year during the nice weather. If desired, memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
