VISSER, Elisabeth – Left us to be with her Lord and Saviour, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Visser who predeceased her in 1990. Loving mother of Albert & Diane Visser, Robert & Teresa Visser and Gary & Sandra Visser. She will be missed by her grandchildren Jared (Rachel), Joshua, Maggie, Thomas, Samuel (Amy) and Alexsandra (Cody) as well as her great grandson Owen, step grandchildren Monica (Greg), Calvin (Melanie) and step great grandchildren Natalie, Avery and Ryder. She is survived by her brother Joe Vries (Jennie) of Woodstock and her sister in the Netherlands, Engeltje Huisma (Halbe). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Oebele and Renskje (nee de Witt) Vries as well as 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

The family will receive friends at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock (519-537-3611) on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and again from 10:00 am – 10:45 am on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 115 St. Andrews St. Embro. The funeral service will follow at 11 am with Rev. Tom Godfrey and Rev. Donald Young officiating. Interment will follow in the North Embro Cemetery.
