FOSTER, Allen - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Saturday, May 14, 2022, George Allen Foster at the age of 84.
Loving husband of Patricia Foster. Dear father of Debra O’Reilly, Karen Butler (Harvey), Steven Foster (Brenda), Gordon Attridge and Cathy Walters. Stepfather of (John) Douglas Robinson, Anne Buck, Janice Robinson and Jeffery Robinson. Fondly remembered by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by his parents Jarvis and Ada (nee Wales) Foster, his first wife Joanne Foster (nee Collins), his second wife Lois Foster (nee Attridge), his stepdaughter Cheryl Sutton and his siblings Mary Miller, Jerry Moynahan, Morley Foster, Clifford Foster, Lottie Moynahan, Les Foster and Donald Foster.
The family will welcome visitors (family invites attendees to dress casually) at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock on Thursday, May 19, 2022, from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm. A graveside service will take place in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 2 pm.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Diabetes Canada, Lung Health Foundation or a charity of choice. Personal condolences may be sent at www.smithleroy.com
