Obituary for Harold "Brian" BROWN
BROWN, Harold “Brian” - Passed away suddenly while delivering his papers on the morning of Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the age of 65.
Loving father of Kevin Brown of Woodstock and Bradley Sawdon (Karen) of Stratford, who has been like a second son to Brian. He was so proud to be called grandpa by Keighden. Survived by his sisters Nancy Brown and Sandra Brown (Don) and brother Al Brown (Vicki) all of Woodstock. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Brian was an avid sports card collector with an impressive collection of over 400 00 cards. He was a long-time dedicated delivery person with the Woodstock Sentinel Review. Everyone knew Brian as a hard worker that gave his all to whatever job he was doing. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and May (nee Crawford) Brown along with siblings Robert, Louise (Jim) and Philip.
The family will welcome visitors at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Cremation to follow. A graveside service will take place on Monday, July 10, 2023, 11 am at Christ Church Anglican Cemetery, Huntingford.
