Obituary for Helen Bond
BOND, Helen - Passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Friday, February 19, 2021, Helen Marie Bond (nee Myers) in her 94th year.
Reunited with her beloved husband Kenneth Bond who predeceased her on August 15, 2008. Loving mother of Wayne Bond (Janet) of Ottawa, Laura Schneider (Barry) and Cindy Doering (late Marshall) all of Woodstock. Cherished grandmother of Eric Bond (Sally), Lindsay Bond (Nick), Kevin Schneider (Steph), Jacob Doering (Alyssa) and Luke Doering. She was one of four children of the late James and Wilhelmina Myers (nee Riehl).
Helen was a very active member of Bethany Lutheran Church and was devoted to her family. She enjoyed a quiet family life. There will be a private family funeral service held at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock on Monday, February 22, 2021 with Pastor Jennifer Hoover. Interment will follow in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
