KOWALSKI, Helen (nee Adamczyk) - passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 26, 2021. Born in Poland in 1926. Ripped from her homeland by war, she resettled in England before moving to Canada which was home since 1956. A great deal of that time was spent in Woodstock. She then followed her family to Coquitlam, Pickering and finally Port Hope. Loving mother to her son Henry Robert and his wife Halinka. Caring babcia to her granddaughters Katrina, Agatha and Anna and their husbands Mark, Christian and Matt. Doting prababcia to her great grandchildren Kenzie, Harper, Henry and Bernice. Predeceased by husband Kazimierz and sister Bronislawa. They and the rest of her Polonia are reunited tonight.

There will be a private family funeral mass at Holy Cross Polish Community Church, Woodstock, ON. Interment will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you show kindness to each other.
