Obituary for Jadwiga CIUPEK (Kubowicz)
Passed away on Tuesday June 1, 2021 after a battle with cancer at the age of 76. She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Jozef. Mamusia to Grzegorz (Malgorzata), Mariusz (Renata) and Anna (Todd). Babcia to Adrian, Patryk, Dominik, Klaudja, Daria, Konrad, Ewelina, Michael and Veronika. She will also be missed by her brother Stanislaw and sister-in-law Wladyslawa. Jadwiga is predeaceased by her son Waldemar.
Family and friends will be received at the Smith – Leroy Funeral Home, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock, on Thursday June 3, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Guests are required to RSVP at www.smithleroy.com. A private family funeral mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church will take place on Friday, June 4 at 12:00pm followed by an interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
