Obituary for Jack Fields
FIELDS, John Patrick (March 15, 1932 – June 13, 2021) – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John “Jack” Fields.
Beloved husband of Jacqueline “Jackie” Fields (nee Belleville). Cherished father of Daniel, Shirley (Mike 2019) and Sandra (Steve). Loving grandfather of Stephanie and Shane Varga and Sarah and Matthew Panek.
Jack was a pipeline welder with the UA Local 527-London and an avid sportsman who loved to travel. He will be dearly missed by his many friends. We would like to give a special thanks to the caring staff at VON Sakura House for their loving, compassionate care.
A private family mass was held at Holy Trinity Parish, Woodstock followed by interment in the St. Mary’s Cemetery. Donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the VON Sakura House, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Prostate Cancer Canada.
