Obituary for Lillian Cooper

COOPER, Lillian – Passed away at Fox Ridge Care Community, Brantford on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, Lillian Martha Cooper (nee Jones) at the wonderful age of 97.

Beloved wife of the late Alvin Cooper who predeceased her in 1987. Loving mother of the late Gary Cooper (1942), Wayne Cooper and his wife Ruth of Brantford, late Glen Cooper (1999) and late Maryln Manship (2000). Mother-in-law of Victor Manship (Karen) of Woodstock. Grandmother of Sumerlea (Tim) of Edmonton, Tammy (Rob) of Brantford, Shayne of Brantford, Ryan of Brantford, Jamie (Odette) of Ft. McMurray, Scott (Darla) of Woodstock and Laurie (Dave) of Wallacetown. Fondly remembered by her 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson, as well as nieces, nephews and extended family. Lillian will be sadly missed by her dear friend Joyce Gilchrist. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Helen (nee Frampton) Jones and her brother Harold Jones.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock, on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 11 am. If desired, memorial donations can be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Huron Baptist Church, Woodstock and would be appreciated.
