Obituary for Marilyn Savage
SAVAGE, Marilyn – Passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Woodstock Hospital, Marilyn Joyce Savage (nee Irvine) at the age of 83.
Beloved wife of Jim Savage for 58 years. Loving mother of Dan Savage of Woodstock and Erin Rumford and her husband Brent of Sudbury. She will be sadly missed by her granddaughter Kaylie Rumford. Also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by her parents Claude and Jewel Irvine and sister and brother-in-law Shirley and Jim Robertson.
Jim and family would like to thank Diane Murray and the Palliative Team at the Woodstock Hospital for the exceptional care they gave to Marilyn.
Cremation has taken place and the interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines, will take place later in the spring.
Donations in memory of Marilyn can be made to the Woodstock Hospital-Palliative Unit.
