Peacefully in hospital on April 10, following a brief illness, Ruth Marion Baines (née Bragg) of Woodstock, formerly of Beachville, in her 90th year. Daughter of the late Clarence and Luella Bragg.
Predeceased by her husband Bruce Baines in 2016. Sister of Doug (Carole) Bragg, June (the late Robert) Quick, Bernice (the late Keith) Haynes, Roy (Grace) Bragg, Mildred (the late John) Ball, Jean (Jon) Hiscox, Donna (Bob) Brant and Gloria (Gordon) Martin. Sister-in-law of Margaret Charron. Also survived by many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by brother Wallace Bragg and his wife Florence, and sister Dorothy McDonald and her husband Ross.
Visitation at Smith Leroy Funeral Home, 69 Wellington St. N., Woodstock on Wednesday, April 13 from 2–4 p.m. Funeral service on Thursday, April 14 at 11am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Sweaburg Union cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or to the Beachville Baptist church.
