Obituary for Bob Hill
HILL, Robert “Bob” – Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at his residence, Robert Douglas Hill at the age of 73.
Beloved husband and best friend of Nancy Hill (nee Neve). Father and father-in-law of Paul and Mary Hill of Woodstock and Rob and Angela Hill of Cambridge. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Andrew, Lucas, Jacob, Javan and Claire. Brother and brother-in-law of Judith and Leonard Mc Leod of Oakville and Norm and Donna Neve of London. Bob will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many close family friends. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anne (nee Fargo) Hill.
Bob loved cooking, board games and was an avid gardener. He loved the birds in his garden and took so much joy in feeding them all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 6-8 pm at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock (MASKS ARE MANDATORY). A memorial mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, 11 am with Fr. Dariusz Jagodzinski.
