Desmond, Rosemarie (nee Gray) - Passed away peacefully in the company of family on Friday February 26, 2021 at the Woodstock Hospital in her 62nd year.

Rose is survived by her children Daniel Desmond (Hillary) and Jamie Desmond. She will forever be cherished by her adoring grandsons Collin and Henry Desmond. Rose will be dearly missed by her friend of 15 years Mark Mansbridge. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Michael (Susan) Gray, Gerald (Sharron) Gray, John (Darla) Gray, Sharry (John) Vanderhorn and Kathy Broughton along with many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband David Desmond and her parents John and Theresa Gray.

Rose enjoyed spending her days outside with her grandchildren going on treasure hunts and playing with them at the park. A special thanks to Dr. Karen Fryer, Diane Murray and the wonderful nursing staff on the Palliative Care Unit.

A private family service will take place on a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock.
