Obituary for Rose GOUDREAU
GOUDREAU, Rose – Passed away at VON Sakura House on Friday, June 24, 2022, Rose Anne Goudreau (nee Sawdon) of Woodstock at the age of 51.
Dear daughter of Mary Sawdon. Loving companion of Virgil Lamers. She leaves behind her children Ryan Linsman, Bradley Sawdon, and Daniel Goudreau as well as her 2 grandchildren. Rose was the sister of Charles Sawdon (Marylin), Hugh Sawdon (Cheryl), Lorna King, Dorothy Brown, and Jane Sawdon. She will be lovingly remembered by her father-in-law Herman Lamers (Charlotte). Rose will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her father Harold Sawdon, her brother Raymond Sawdon as well as her infant sister.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service to celebrate Rose’s life will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 1pm at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock (519-537-3611).
