Obituary for Sandy Sloan
SLOAN, Sandy – Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the age of 79.
Loving mother of Ian Myers (Angie). Survived by her step children Leigh Dennis (Lisa), Deb Kennedy (Darin), John Sloan (Margaret), Mary McKee (Jim) and Pat Sloan (Lisa). Sadly missed by her many grandchildren, friends and extended family.
Predeceased by her husband Frank Sloan (2019), her parents Ken and Edna Roberton and step father Doug Appleyard.
A memorial visitation will be held at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington St. North, Woodstock (519-537-3611), on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 1-3 pm, where a memorial service will follow in the chapel at 3 pm with Richard Kaufman officiating.
Guests are required to RSVP to the visitation and the service by providing your information below.
If desired, memorial donations can be made to Cancer Society, Oxford County- Palliative Team or Whispering Horse Rescue would be appreciated
