Obituary for Sharon Munro
MUNRO, Sharon– Passed away peacefully from her battle with ALS surrounded by her family on Saturday, July 3, 2021, Sharon Marie Munro of Burgessville at the age of 65.
Loving mother of Suzie & Greg Boot of Rodney, Vincent Munro & Andrea Holdsworth of Woodstock and Carly Munro-Cook of Burgessville. She adored her granddaughters ClaraJean Boot, Cassandra Boot and Mila Munro. Sister of Darlene McKie. She is going to be sadly missed by her dear friend Carol Tisdale of Paris. Also survived by extended family and friends.
Sharon worked at GM for a number of years and was a passionate animal lover. Predeceased by her parents William and Jean Munro.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a future date. If desired, memorial donations can be made to ALS Canada, Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue or Simba Cat and Kitten Rescue.
