Obituary for Silvana Mattiello
MATTIELLO, Silvana – Passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Exendicare Nursing Home, London, ON at the age of 80.
Loving mother of Elena Ollson and her husband Cameron of London and Fabio Negro and his wife Rachel Simmons of Ridgetown. She will be sadly missed by her grandsons Donald and Aaron. Dear sister of Elio Mattiello and his wife Norma of Lima, Peru. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces Claudia and Ana-Sofia and nephew Antonio as well as extended family in Canada and Italy. Predeceased by her parents Antionio and Antonia Mattiello and her beloved son Marco Negro (2015).
The family wishes to thank Dr. Vu, the staffs at Park Place Retirement Home, Woodstock and Extendicare Nursing Home, London for all of their loving care they gave to Silvana.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, 2 pm at St. Peter’s Cemetery, 806 Victoria Street, London at the columbarium. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
