CHADWICK, Veronica – Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, November 28, 2022, Veronica Josephine Chadwick (nee Daly) at the age of 81. She was the beloved wife of the late James “Jim” Chadwick who predeceased her on September 11, 2005. Loving mother to Tracy Chadwick, Colleen Chadwick and Sean Chadwick (fiancée Jennifer Shalk). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Nikki (Jeremy) and Erin (Nick). She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family from all over the world. Predeceased by her parents Jeremiah and Elizabeth Daly (nee Finn) as well as her 9 siblings.

A memorial mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11 am. A private family interment will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations can be made to VON Sakura House.
